Terms of use for apexclawai.com, including its machine-readable surfaces.
Short, because most of what a terms page needs to say is already stated as a claim elsewhere on this site — this page points to it rather than restating it differently. See the trust center for the underlying commitments.

Who operates this site
apexclawai.com is operated by ApexClaw (company entity), personally funded and personally owned by Julian Joseph, founder (see /founder). Omega is a governed system operated by ApexClaw. Growth services referenced on this site are delivered by ThruLiquid.
Acceptable use
This site's content, and its published machine surfaces — llms.txt, llms-full.txt, sitemap.xml, ai-catalog.json, and the worked samples under /.well-known/ — may be read, cited, and used by humans and by automated or AI agents, consistent with the crawler posture published in robots.txt: observe, not block.
- llms.txt & llms-full.txt — plain-text claim maps.
- sitemap.xml — canonical URL list.
- ai-catalog.json — machine-readable page catalog.
- /.well-known/ — worked schema samples.
ApexClaw Receipts
ApexClaw Receipts, the receipt format used inside our governance audit and described on the ApexClaw Receipts page, is published openly under CC-BY 4.0. Use it, modify it, build on it, including commercially. It is a draft schema for use and critique, not a standalone protocol, not a ratified standard, and no certification against it exists or is issued.
Synthetic and demonstration content
Any content explicitly labelled SYNTHETIC — including the BLOCK / APPROVE / TAMPER demo on the homepage and its sample execution receipt and agent passport structures — is illustrative only and is never operational evidence of a real transaction.
What is never claimed
- No certifications not held. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are roadmap items and are never described as achieved.
- No client named, ever. Engagements are described without identifying the client.
- No fabricated numbers. Every figure is sourced, first-party with methodology, or labelled TARGET, SYNTHETIC, or COLLECTING — see the claims ledger.
- A past receipt is not proof of present health. Live claims on this site carry an expiry and are re-verified on cadence; an expired claim is removed rather than left in place.
Omega
Omega is a governed autonomous system operated under ApexClaw's own controls, described on the governed-run page. It is not a product: it is not for sale and does not appear on the pricing page.
Intellectual property
Except where explicitly published under an open licence — the ApexClaw Receipts schema under CC-BY, as above — the site's written content, the ApexClaw and ThruLiquid names, and the site design are the property of ApexClaw / Julian Joseph.
Security disclosures
See security.txt (RFC 9116) for the disclosure contact and policy. Structured data on this page follows JSON-LD 1.1 and schema.org, per Google's structured data guidance.
Changes to these terms
This page carries a datePublished and dateModified, the same convention the claims ledger uses elsewhere on this site: changes are dated, not made quietly.
