Terms of use

Terms for using this website, and how to read what it publishes. A commercial relationship with ApexClaw is governed by a signed agreement, not by this page.

Using this website

This website is provided for information about ApexClaw and its products. You may read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not scrape it for the purpose of misrepresenting its claims, nor present its content as the output of an assessment or certification.

Nothing on this site forms a contract. A commercial relationship with ApexClaw begins with a signed agreement, and that agreement governs — not this page and not any figure published here.

How to read what is published here

Capability claims carry verdicts

Proven, Candidate and Planned mean specific things, defined on the Trust Center. A Candidate capability is not a shipped guarantee, and a Planned one has not been demonstrated at all.

Pricing figures

Prices and planning ranges are indicative and current at the time of publication. A planning range is explicitly not a quote. The binding figure is the one in a signed scope of work.

Compliance mappings

Framework mappings are assertions by ApexClaw about its own controls. They are not legal advice, not a conformity assessment, and not a certification. ApexClaw holds no certification.

No warranty from this page

The content here is provided as-is. It does not create a warranty, and it does not extend or modify any warranty given in a signed agreement.

Intellectual property and changes

The content, design and marks on this site belong to ApexClaw unless stated otherwise. Third-party standards and frameworks named on this site belong to their respective publishers, and naming them implies no affiliation with or endorsement by them.

This site changes. Capability verdicts are reviewed on a stated date and may be downgraded as well as upgraded, and published figures may change. The version you are reading is the current one.

Security research

Do not test the availability or integrity of this website or any ApexClaw system without a written agreement. To report a vulnerability, use the contact form with Inquiry Type set to Security disclosure, and do not include exploit details in a first message.
