What this website collects, why it collects it, and how to have it removed. Short, because the site does very little.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the apexclawai.com website. It does not cover a deployed ApexClaw installation running inside a customer's environment, where the customer is the controller of any data the system processes and the terms of that engagement apply instead.
ApexClaw does not sell personal data, and does not share it with advertisers.
What we collect, and why
Contact form submissions
Name, business email, company, role, country or region, inquiry type and your message. Used to answer your enquiry and to follow up on it. Nothing else.
Anti-abuse signals
Your IP address is used transiently to rate-limit the contact endpoint and, where Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, to verify the submission is not automated. It is not stored as part of your enquiry.
Hosting and delivery logs
Our hosting and email providers keep operational logs of requests and message delivery under their own retention policies, as any provider does.
No tracking or advertising cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party analytics and builds no cross-site profile. Fonts are self-hosted rather than fetched from a third party.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry correspondence is kept while the conversation is active and for as long as there is a legitimate business reason to keep it. You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.
To make any of these requests, use the contact form and set Inquiry Type to Something else. We will need enough detail to identify the correspondence.
Where you are in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights over personal data, those rights apply and we will honour them.
Third parties in the path
A contact form submission passes through our hosting provider and an email delivery provider, and — where enabled — Cloudflare Turnstile for bot verification. Each processes the submission only to deliver or verify it.
